We advocate a Calgary
theatre ecology that celebrates the excellence of its female
practitioners! Our community is teaming with intelligent and talented
women looking for consistent creative challenges. We want to see more
professional productions that provide female artists with engaging
artistic opportunities. By encouraging and giving priority to the women
artists of Canada we wish to celebrate the female experience as a source
of autonomous art.
Urban
Curvz Theatre's Mandate is to Celebrate Women's Stories through the Art
of Theatre while Upholding our Guiding Principles.
Our Guiding Principles are:

for emerging and established female artists alike in a supportive
environment that fosters mentorship and development.
